The Federal government has made laws that effectively abridge the freedom of opposing voices to gain access to media outlets. In gatherings of politicians at environmental summits, for instance, loud and unruly activists who are expected not to parrot the sentiment of the summit are commonly cordoned off in areas away from the main discourse in physically public areas.
Corporations and private organizations, by law, are not free to assemble and associate with those they wish.
Make sure you get permits.
