Aside from being unconstitutional, forcing the public at large to pay into a system devised to insure them in the event of bad health or meeting bad drivers on the road, the government continues on the bankrupt model of the Social Security system, forcing everyone to pay, and employers to pay twice for the gamble of the system's continued financial feasibility.
