The primary agenda of every Liberal is to transfer money from those who earn it to those who haven't and who demonstrate need. They will be happy making the wealthy feel guilty about the poor if that gets the money, but they'll be just as happy making lawmakers pass laws that take money from everyone through coercion of government-enforced penalty.
